Job Details
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting department
Manage the month-end and year-end closing process
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies
Provide oversight and guidance to accounting staff
Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
