Genesis10 is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our client in the Transportation/Warehouse industry. This Direct Hire Permanent position is located in The Woodlands, TX. 100% onsite is required.

Responsible for setting up customers and managing customer credit. Send out AR aging reports & statements.

Responsibilities:
- Customer set up & maintenance
- Credit management
- Collections
- Resolve invoicing issues, make corrections & issue credits
- Maintain AR aging
- Send statements & reports
- Customer Cash application
- Month end entries & reconciliations
- All other duties as assigned
- 3+ Years experience in Accounts Receivable
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Eager to lean with the ability to retain information
- Positive Attitude
