Accounting Specialist at Manpower

Our client is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be part of the finance department supporting operational accounting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Location: Johnston, IA

Pay Range: $30.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Perform operational accounting activities adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Conduct monthly closing activities and account/system reconciliations.
• Prepare financial, statistical, and/or technical reports.
• Serve as the first line of contact with internal and external resources.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in your area of functional expertise.

• Ability to understand financial processes, procedures, and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and reconcile operational issues.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with stakeholders.
