Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), general ledger entries, and month-end closing.
Utilize Infor to process financial transactions, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow management.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries to support management decision-making.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Monitor inventory transactions and assist with cost accounting functions to ensure accurate valuation of inventory.
Assist with audit preparation, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Provide financial analysis and identify discrepancies or issues in the accounting data.
Support the Finance team with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry environment.
Strong proficiency in Infor ERP (or similar enterprise resource planning systems), with the ability to leverage the platform for accounting and financial reporting tasks.
Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial practices.
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Strong Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, v-lookups, and data analysis.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
