- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), general ledger entries, and month-end closing.
- Utilize Infor to process financial transactions, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow management.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor inventory transactions and assist with cost accounting functions to ensure accurate valuation of inventory.
- Assist with audit preparation, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Provide financial analysis and identify discrepancies or issues in the accounting data.
- Support the Finance team with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry environment.
- Strong proficiency in Infor ERP (or similar enterprise resource planning systems), with the ability to leverage the platform for accounting and financial reporting tasks.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial practices.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, v-lookups, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
