Job Summary and Qualifications

As an Accounting Specialist, you will understand and be able to operate effectively in the G/L reconciliation process with responsibility for general accounting functions including analyses, account reconciliations and research.

What you will do in this role:

• Prepare monthly reconciliations, including documentation to support all balances.
• Prepare monthly journal entries.
• Assist in ad hoc projects.
• Participates in various educational activities (Staff Training and Customer Training).
• Prepare monthly reports for key indicators and statistics.
• Assist practice management, as needed with financial information requests and questions

• High school Diploma
• Two years in accounting, finance, or related field
• Knowledge of general ledger accounting
• Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
