Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.
Position Summary
The Accounting Services Representative prepares and processes payments for vendor invoices and other financial obligations in accordance with internal accounting policies. This position will also review purchase orders, credit card transactions, employee expenses, statements, and invoices to verify amounts owed, as well as maintain and reconcile the accounts payable ledger and respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in billings and payments. This position will also cover the Front Desk at the Noblesville Administration Office.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Two (2) years experience in bookkeeping and/or accounts payable related field required
- Previous experience in a mental health/behavioral health setting and/or medical office setting preferred

- Must have good data entry skills
- Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills and be flexible
