Description
Ensures the accurate and timely processing of payroll on a bi-weekly basis. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping confidential information. Reviews documentation for accuracy and performs data entry function. Performs general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries. Performs non-patient account cash records, bank account reconciliations and other duties as assigned by the CFO. Performs other related clerical duties as assigned.
- Manages the Paylocity Web Time application by assisting employees and training manager on use of the system.
- Collects, compiles, and enters payroll data using the appropriate software; meets payroll processing deadlines.
- Assists CFO with month, quarter, and year end reporting procedures.
- Performs cash reconciliation and work with the Cash Poster to resolve errors/discrepancies monthly.
- Updates, verifies, and maintains accounting journals/ledgers with financial support documentation.
- Performs projects that require duplicating, collating, distributing, and/or mailing.
- Other roles and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- Associates degree, accounting certificate or extensive experience in related field required; related payroll experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required; experience with financial software preferred, such as QuickBooks; demonstrated computer skills; preference for activities that are routine and organized.
- Work is of light demand. Routine lifting requirements up to 25 pounds.
Salary Description
$18 - $27 Depending on Experience
