Job Summary -
Vaco has partnered with an Energy Company and they have an opening for an Accounting Operations/MS Dynamics 365 Specialist to upgrade the Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O ERP platform. This individual will assist the ERP Project Manager, internal team and external consultants with the ERP implementation. Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is an absolute MUST!
Responsibilities
- Actively assist in the implementation and transition into System Administrator of Concur Accounts Payable
- System Administrator for Concur automations
- Providing support and training to user groups.
- Maintain users, access, and approval authority.
- Auditing expense reports. Must be very detail oriented.
- Assists employees with completion of expense reports.
- Reconcile American Express company credit card transactions
- System Administrator to Microsoft Dynamics SL 2018 accounting software supporting the following functions:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining reporting excel based reports via Power BI, SQL and other system report writers.
- Provide support to Accounts Payable Team to process payment invoices and/or other activities during periods of high volume of activity.
Education/Experience
- B.S. in Accounting/Finance/Technology
- Have 2 plus years’ experience in the accounting operations field.
- MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 Implementation Experience is a MUST
- Strong Accounts payable and General Ledger workflow background required.
- Have some familiarity with US GAAP reporting requirements a plus.
- Are technologically savvy.
- Experience in SQL reporting.
