Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local company in Blaine to find an experienced Accounting/Office Administrator to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity that offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for growth, and generous PTO!
Responsibilities Include:
General administration duties include ordering, entering invoices from suppliers, charging credit cards, and delivery confirmations
Communication with customers and suppliers mostly via e-mail (some phone)
Invoicing local embroidery accounts weekly
Working QuickBooks
Shipping: generate waybills and coordinate drop shipments with suppliers and shipments
Invoicing / Shipping notifications to customers once orders are shipped
