Salary for the Accounting Manager position is $100K - $115K. On top of the generous salary, there is an additional bonus potential of 8-20% quarterly bonus potential.

What the Accounting Managerwill do:

The responsibilities of the Accounting Manager includes supervising and reviewing work of the accounting teams
Reviewing and analyzing client financial statements
Performing variance analysis on monthly or quarterly financial statements to discuss with clients
Creating and maintaining internal processes and controls
Providing cash-flow guidance to clients if requested, and ability to generate 12-month forecasting when needed
Help create and modify existing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each client

What the company needs in a Accounting Manager

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
The Accounting Manager should have a minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience.
CPA required
Must have experience working with QuickBooks Online (ProAdvisor), Bill.com, Google Suite, and Advanced MS Excel
Public experience
Management experience
