Compensation: $90,000–$110,000/year, plus performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Coordinate and lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Work with external auditors and ensure successful audit outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP and intermediate Excel skills with the understanding of how to create a pivot table.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
