Job Summary:
The Accounting Manager Enterprise Software is primarily responsible for managing the GAAP accounting and settlement reporting for the enterprise software business. This role reports to the SVP Controller, supervises senior and staff accountants on the team and leads the preparation of software capitalization, settlement, month-end, and event-related reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, passion for accuracy, advanced excel skills, a desire to learn and an ability to identify anomalies in the reporting. This person must possess the ability to manage a team and multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, adapt on the fly, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and streamline event ticketing settlement process
- Supervise accounting team on a daily basis, mentoring them and helping them further develop their accounting and analytical skills
- Review and approve journal entries, vendor bills, and customer invoices for event ticketing and software services activity
- Lead the cloud-based internal use software capitalization process
- Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts, and provide explanations for variances to actual performance
- Liaison with Enterprise Software team for tour/festival settlements
- Perform/review GL account reconciliations as requested
- Assist with quarterly/year-end financial statement audit requests
- Prepare monthly state sales tax filings, as applicable
- Respond to various ad-hoc requests
- Minimum 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, managerial experience preferred
- ASC 350-40 expertise and SaaS industry experience required
- Accounting degree required, CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong analytical and accounting skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
- Experience with accounting ERP system such as NetSuite preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to learn and digest new things quickly
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
