A rapidly growing retail company near Fenton is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a direct-hire role.

As Accounting Manager, You will:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the team.
• Manage and mentor a team of two Staff Accountants, fostering their professional growth.
• Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to guide strategic business decisions.
• Establish and uphold internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance accounting processes and support company growth.
