• Supervise and mentor two Staff Accountants, fostering their growth and professional development.
• Manage and review month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance accounting processes and support company growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
