Accounting Manager at KBW Financial

A manufacturing company located in the Springfield, MA area is actively seeking an Accounting Manager for an immediate opening. The Accounting Manager will be primarily responsible for month end close, payroll, reconciliations, and managing a team of 2. The Accounting Manager will perform the following:

Responsibilities:

• Month end close
• Payroll
• Reconcile bank statements
• Sales tax reports
• Maintain costing systems
• Variance analysis
• Direct company accounting policies and procedures
• Reconcile inventory
• Direct and coordinate annual budget
• Maintain fixed assets system
• Administer 401k
• Manage a team of 2 bookkeepers

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
• Proven leadership abilities
• Cost accounting background a plus
• Strong Excel experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Package: Up to $95,000 depending on experience
