Accounting Manager

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Accounting and bookkeeping functions to include payroll reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Producing operating and financial reports timely and accurately.
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the CFO and other department heads required including cash flow, labor burden and cost per mile calculations, dashboard, metrics, etc.
- Carrying out other financial and administrative duties as assigned by the CFO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- CPA certification is highly favorable but not required.
Required Skills:
- Experience working with an audit consultancy firm is preferred.
- Experience in accounting in a construction or construction services company.
- Must be extremely organized and have an exceptional eye for detail.
- Must be fluent in QuickBooks and have extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.
