Responsibilities:
Analyzing financial statements to enhance workflow and cash flow improvements
Reconciling general ledger accounts
Preparing financial statements for Board of Director meetings
Assisting in budget preparation for business owners
Preparing tax returns for corporate, individual, nonprofit, and trust entities
Managing payroll processing
Preparing sales tax returns
Training clients on QuickBooks usage
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
Expertise in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, payroll functions, and Excel
Ability to independently manage all aspects of business financials (A/P, A/R, payroll, bank and credit card reconciliation, journal entries)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client interactions
Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Manager Duties:
Supervising and training accountants
Conducting ongoing training for existing team members
Reviewing client financials
Managing client relationships
Assigning and overseeing project work
Reviewing year-end financials for tax preparation
Conducting quarterly performance discussions with team members
Maintaining and reporting monthly scorecards
Managing workflow processes
Overseeing ADP payroll services and client issues
Ensuring compliance with sales tax regulations
Managing and training on audit processes
Assisting with client onboarding and prospect quotes
Contributing to client profitability analysis
Facilitating weekly team meetings and management discussions
Leading occasional team meetings
Creating training materials and videos as needed

Salary: $ 130,000.00 Per Year
