Job Details
What You'll Do:
Lead a team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Manage budgets and financial performance analysis.
Improve processes and implement efficient financial systems.
Prepare financial statements and collaborate with auditors.
What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.
3+ years of finance or accounting experience.
Proficiency in GAAP and nonprofit accounting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Passion for our mission and the Catholic faith.
Personal Mission Partner Development (MPD) is one way in which FOCUS invites others to be on mission with us through the gift of their financial support. In this position, the Accounting Manager will be expected to fundraise in some capacity to support their work with FOCUS. To thrive in serving the mission, the candidate will receive world-class training in this area and ample time to engage in their fundraising efforts.
