Key Responsibilities

• Manage all finance operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, compliance, and consolidation activities.
• Coordinate with Global Excellence Centers to streamline finance workflows.
• Prepare forecasts and manage legal, tax, VAT, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Handle intercompany transactions, cash and treasury operations, and Board-level financial presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA or advanced degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing an outsourced accounting team.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.
