Kforce has a Professional Services client that is searching for an Accounting Manager in Wakefield, MA. The Accounting Manager reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations for the firm. Summary: The Accounting Manager leads accounting functions for the firm and will mentor a small team. This role is responsible for full cycle accounting responsibilities which include month end close, GL, AP/AR, payroll, billing, reporting, and supporting firm operations. The firm has excellent benefits and offers hybrid flexibility.

Requirements:

7+ years of full cycle accounting experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Great communication and relationship skills
Detailed, reliable, and organized
Ability to lead a team
CPA a plus
Experience in Professional Services desired

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
