Overview of the role:

• Managing daily accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing processes
• Supervising accounting staff and supporting their professional growth
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Collaborating with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Ensure compliance with internal policies
• Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits
• Monitor and control costs to ensure financial efficiency and sustainability

Preferred qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, organizational and prioritization skills
