Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Western or Northeastern Region, USA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm
Description:
• The Accounting Manager oversees general ledger operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial transactions, reporting, and audits.
• This role is key to maintaining a strong control environment, supporting audits, and collaborating with teams to streamline financial processes.
• The position involves managing monthly close procedures, reconciliation, and reporting while assisting in regulatory compliance and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
• CPA or ACA certification; MBA preferred.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606).
• Knowledge of internal controls and compliance with SOX 404.
• Experience in multinational organizations and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite).
Desired Skills:
• Strong analytical and technical accounting capabilities.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build effective relationships.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments and the ability to balance priorities.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $84000K-$120000K
