About the Job

Manage a staff, along with th Other responsibilities includes knowledge of GAAP and adhere to all company policies and procedures. • Perform month-end and year-end financial closings, including the preparation of journal entries to ensure reliability and accuracy. • Prepare financial statements, journal entries, month end close, financial reporting packages, and regulatory documents in a timely and accurate manner. • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies in financial data, proposing effective solutions to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations. • Maintain meticulous attention to detail through observation, analysis, and logic to analyze financial results, reconcile accounts, and resolve complex finance issues impacting multiple areas. • Effectively lead financial projects by identifying all components, synthesizing information into a workable plan, and accomplishing tasks. • Multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and meticulously self-review work for quality in a dynamic environment. • Assist the Controller in applying GAAP, internal controls, procedures, and best practices to support a structured financial control environment. • Manage multiple deadlines and respond promptly to management requests for ad hoc financial information while maintaining service standards. • Facilitate internal and external audit needs. • Work independently and perform other duties and business analysis as assigned.
