Key Responsibilities of the Accounting & Finance Manager:

• Review and post journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and cash transactions.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and prepare detailed reports.
• Serve as the SOX coordinator, assisting with internal and external audits.
• Manage CapEx tracking and fixed asset accounting.
• Oversee lease accounting and intercompany transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (a plus).
• CPA designation (a plus).
• Familiarity with SOX compliance (a plus).
