Accounting Manager at KBW Financial

KBW has partnered with a market leader in their search for an Accounting Manager. This role offers a lot of opportunity for growth and the ability to affect positive change to the organization.

Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager include:

• Lead the day-to-day accounting activities
• Hire, train and mentor operational accounting team
• Prepare and review financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
• Manage the month and close
• Manage analysis and reporting to support executive decision making
• Establish internal controls
• Lead periodic audit
• Supervise cash flow
• Assist with Sales and Use Tax filing
• Design and implement process improvements

Requirements for the Accounting Manager:

• More than five years accounting experience with prior leadership
• A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Good systems skills

Compensation: Up to $140,000 plus bonus and benefits package.
