Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Managing the month-end close process, ensuring all financial reporting is completed accurately and on time.
- Developing and implementing effective accounting policies and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management, providing valuable insights into the company's financial performance.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Liaising with external auditors and managing the audit process.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification would be advantageous.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the marketing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including experience with the month-end close process.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
