This pivotal role will involve overseeing day-to-day operational accounting functions, along with responsibilities in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Leading month-end close processes, encompassing journal entries, account reconciliations, and compilation of financial statements
- Regularly reviewing and enhancing accounting processes to boost efficiency and accuracy
- Deliver comprehensive financial presentations to executive management, offering valuable insights and strategic recommendations
- Manage and oversee external and internal audits, ensuring all required documentation is provided in a timely manner
- Guarantee adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and company policies, maintaining strict compliance
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-ledger and multi-divisional accounting, including proficiency in managing intercompany transactions
- Proven track record of effectively supervising accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a service-oriented industry, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- Possess strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail
Compensation Package: This position pays up to $118K DOE.
