Accounting Manager - TEC International

This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity of accounting information and financial analysis.

                    Job Responsibilities:

o    Prepares monthly financial reports, variance explanations, and forecasting according to required timelines. 

o    Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. 

o    Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

o    Develop complex financial models and analyze complex data.

o    Adapt to rapidly changing work assignments and priorities.

o    Understanding of ERP systems.

o    Experience in implementing new systems.

o    Proven senior accounting experience with the ability to demonstrate thorough understanding of GAAP.

o    Proven strength in communicating effectively with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.

o    Proven ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.

o    Accuracy and attention to detail.

o    Exceptional aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.

o    Experience with consolidations a plus.

o    Stronger consideration for manufacturing experience and understanding cash flow statements. 

Job Requirements:

o    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.

o    CPA preferred.

o    Six years progressively responsible relevant experience in accounting, as well as budgeting and financial analysis and cash flow.
