Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the accounting team
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Lead the annual audit process
• Provide oversight on development-based accounting projects
• Manage ad hoc financial projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong background in full-cycle accounting
• Experience with fund accounting and implementations
