Requirements:

• Active CPA license.
• 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with a mix of public accounting and private industry expertise.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated success in leadership roles, with a proven ability to manage, influence, and motivate diverse teams.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software systems and Excel, with demonstrated technical expertise to optimize efficiencies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive strategic decision-making at the senior management level.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
