About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager Consultant to join our client's team in Ontario, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and providing strategic consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the accounting functions for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide strategic financial consulting services to clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and tax returns.
- Conduct financial audits and ensure internal controls are in place.
- Advise clients on financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
