Location: Greenfield, IN (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 with high bonus potential

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager for a hybrid role based in Greenfield, IN. This position offers a mix of in-office and remote work flexibility. The Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and leading a team of two accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Supervise, train, and mentor two accounting team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and organizational standards.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to protect the company’s financial integrity.
• Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred).
