What You’ll Do
As the Accounting Manager, you’ll lead and enhance our financial operations, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Key responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of accounting professionals. You’ll set goals, delegate tasks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Day-to-Day Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger. Ensure month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, providing insights that help shape our strategies.
• Compliance & Auditing: Guarantee adherence to GAAP standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Collaborate on internal and external audits.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the development, monitoring, and analysis of budgets and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Process Improvements: Identify ways to make accounting processes more efficient and accurate by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. CPA or CMA certification is a big plus!
• Experience: At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role. Hands-on experience with accounting software like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is a bonus.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
