Accounting Manager - Hybrid at KBW Financial

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a software company experiencing significant growth that is seeking an Accounting Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will be primarily responsible for all accounting operations management, while also assisting with general accounting initiatives.  Functional responsibilities include directing the accounting operations, developing, and maintaining controls and procedures.  The Accounting Manager will be responsible for continuing to support the growth of the company with business process improvements, enhancement of, and compliance with internal controls.

Specific Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams and daily operations.
Prepare and oversee financial statement preparation
Responsible for driving the month-end close process, which includes balance sheet reconciliations, trial balance reviews, and financial statement preparation
Participate in quarterly review and annual year-end audit process with the external auditors
Ensure accounting records, monthly accounting close activities, and variance analysis are properly prepared, maintained and explained in a timely manner
Manages budget preparation including establishing budgetary controls and procedures and ongoing financial forecasting

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
