About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and optimizing our accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights. This role offers excellent visibility to senior and executive leadership and opportunities for future advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage accounting functions, including consolidations and foreign currency translation.
• Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing mentorship and support to drive high performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
• Support process improvements and the implementation of best practices in accounting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Demonstrated expertise in consolidations accounting and foreign currency translation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
