• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: 5 years of accounting experience in a law firm setting.
• Expertise: Strong proficiency in interpreting financial statements, recording journal entries, and performing advanced calculations for budgets, statistical analysis, and probability statements.
• Software Skills: Hands-on experience with Aderant Expert or similar legal software, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Professionalism: A commitment to maintaining the utmost discretion in all aspects of the role.

• Analyze and interpret financial statements to provide actionable insights.
• Manage journal entries and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Perform higher-level calculations for budgets, statistical analysis, and probability forecasts.
• Collaborate with leadership to support financial planning and reporting.
• Use legal accounting software and Excel to create detailed financial models and reports.
