Overview of the Accounting Manager Role:

• Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow projections
• Oversee all AP and AR processing, run aging reports
• Supervise and coach two direct reports
• Prepare journal entries and bank reconciliations
• Oversee month-end close and prepare monthly financial statements

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager Position:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Four to six years of accounting and supervisory experience
• Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with a major ERP system
• Thorough understanding of GAAP

Location: This role is 100% onsite in Goshen, IN

Salary: $79,450 - $89,450 depending on experience
