Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting staff to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage audits and maintain relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
