What You'll Do:

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead reporting efforts to ensure accurate and timely financial insights.
• Provide leadership to the accounting team.
• Handle job costing, including maintaining budgets, WIP, billing, cost management, and performance analysis for construction projects.

What We're Looking For in an Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong background with job costing.
• Experience with audit and payroll.
