- Develop and enforce internal controls
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, billing, and cash receipts
- Direct preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Manage monthly and year-end closing processes
- Review G/L and approve account classifications
- Reconcile bank and brokerage statements
- Work with internal/external staff and vendors
- Prepare construction/project budget summaries
- Other duties as assigned
