About the Job
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 10 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 8 years with with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- 7 years of experience in an Enterprise Software or SaaS environment.
- 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
- Experience in building financial dashboards, reporting packages and visualizing data.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives and projects in cross-functional and high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar large-scale ERP systems.
- Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross-functional and international teams.
- Ability to have strong attention to detail, organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive change, including influencing a broad group of stakeholders across a variety of levels within the team and across the company.
- Proven track record in public accounting or project managing internal and external audits for large, multinational organizations with complex revenue recognition processes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$221,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/quarter-end close process for Cloud, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of business and expenses. Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Lead automation projects and identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability of financial reporting. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system-related issues and optimize data flows for seamless reporting.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support the achievement of strategic goals. Lead cross-functional projects that require financial expertise, including new product launches, market expansions, etc.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and provide insights to management. Assess internal controls, identify gaps, and design solutions to strengthen financial processes and mitigate risk.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide clear variance explanations to key stakeholders.
