We are hiring an Accounting Manager for our valued client in the Twin Cities. This Financial Services company offers you a variety of responsibilities, and involvement at a higher level which means your voice is heard.
As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the financial statements, month end close, general ledger, account reconciliation, and financial analysis
- Manage a high volume of transactions across multiple platforms, ensuring they are tracked and reconciled properly
- Analyze and make decisions based on trends as it supports fixed assets and accounts payables
- Develop, implement, and monitor best practices and procedures to ensure compliance and accurate financial statements
Who qualifies for the Accounting Manager role?
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, is required
- 3+ years of accounting experience in the Banking or FinTech industry
- 2+ years of Audit experience in Public Accounting, is preferred
- An experienced Leader or Manager of a team of accountants
- Strong experience in Data Analytics and utilizing Analytics Tools
- Ability to work Efficiently to meet deadlines with accuracy
How much will you earn as the Accounting Manager?
- $100K-$110K
- Bonus plan
