We are hiring an Accounting Manager for our valued client in the Twin Cities. This Financial Services company offers you a variety of responsibilities, and involvement at a higher level which means your voice is heard. 

As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the financial statements, month end close, general ledger, account reconciliation, and financial analysis
• Manage a high volume of transactions across multiple platforms, ensuring they are tracked and reconciled properly
• Analyze and make decisions based on trends as it supports fixed assets and accounts payables
• Develop, implement, and monitor best practices and procedures to ensure compliance and accurate financial statements

Who qualifies for the Accounting Manager role?

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, is required
• 3+ years of accounting experience in the Banking or FinTech industry
• 2+ years of Audit experience in Public Accounting, is preferred
• An experienced Leader or Manager of a team of accountants
• Strong experience in Data Analytics and utilizing Analytics Tools
• Ability to work Efficiently to meet deadlines with accuracy

How much will you earn as the Accounting Manager?

• $100K-$110K
• Bonus plan
• Hybrid work schedule
