Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the perfect mix of leadership, financial compliance, and international exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring adherence to SOX and internal controls
• Coach and mentor the accounting team, with a future focus on overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Billing
• Manage the company's fixed assets
• Oversee 15 leases, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
• Play a key role in the company's ERP conversion
• Collaborate with global teams and senior leadership, gaining direct exposure to the company President

Qualifications:

• CPA preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing month-end close processes with strong GAAP knowledge
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution is highly desirable

Compensation:

• Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000
