We are seeking a strong Accounting Manager to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure precise recording of all financial transactions in compliance with U.S. accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Execute core accounting functions encompassing Sales Tax, Income Tax, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.
- Maintain comprehensive files and documentation for all transactions.
- Prepare essential internal reports by meticulously analyzing data sourced from QuickBooks or other relevant platforms as necessary.
- Address accounting and financial inquiries by conducting thorough research and interpreting data accurately.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by SPI Management personnel.
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment characterized by high transactional volume.

Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience.
- CPA/CMA certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Familiarity with Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated products preferred, although basic ESP knowledge can be acquired.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to initiate tasks independently.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively in group settings.
