Customer issues with accounting/refunds/repair of consumer equipment
Location: 651 Brookfield Parkway Suite 250, Greenville, SC, USA-Mon-Thurs onsite, Friday remote

Advanced Excel skills
Accounting Experience
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals and other technical data.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Ability to evaluate suppliers.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.
Knowledge of supply chain management.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field required.
5-7 years finance related experience required.
Key Points and Attributes
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of related experience; or High School diploma or GED and 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Prior experience in finance, quality assurance, policy compliance, and/or customer service
• Familiarity with sales or service operations of electronic goods manufacturers and sellers.
• Good analytical, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time to meet KPI targets.
• Expert ability in prioritization based on risk and internal KPI requirements.
• Ability to accurately document and record all related information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Enhanced mathematical skills
