Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, pricing, and financial statement preparation.
• Prepare compliance reports for taxes, including CAT and excise tax.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Lead process improvements and ensure robust internal controls.
• Support inventory management and drive cost efficiency across the business.
• Provide cross-departmental analytical support and implement financial policies.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth within the department.
• Lead ERP system implementations and manage ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of GAAP and financial principles.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing environments (preferred).
• Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
