Sizzle:
- Opportunity to be part of building up Accounting and Finance team. Current team has no one in accounting with a degree. All AP/AR people.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance (No one on team has Bachelor's Degree)
- Understand General Accounting and the why behind things.
- 5 years experience
- Accounting functions including but not limited to general ledger, accounts payable and receivables, fixed assets, cost accounting, pricing and financial statement preparation
- CAT and Excise tax preparation and compliance reporting
- Assisting with annual operating plan, budgets and forecasting
- Support Inventory management
- Take a lead role in the implementation, communication, and interpretation of accounting and financial policies, control and process improvements
- Supervise external and internal audit processes and ensure that proper internal controls are maintained
- Provide analytical support to other departments as it relates to accounting issues and drive continuous cost improvements across all aspects of the business.
- Lead the training and development and growth opportunities for finance department teammates.
- Support any ERP and systems implementations
- Other ad-hoc projects, as needed
- Distribution or manufacturing experience, preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience, preferred
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual experienced in working with large, complex data sets and accustomed to supporting diverse business teams
