Accounting Manager - Consultative Search Group

A progressive and unique resources firm has openings for Senior Associates and Associate Managers for direct hire and project work in several US cities. Responsibilities can include the following: SEC Reporting, M&A transactions, Finance, ERP implementation, SOX, and internal audit. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of public accounting experience and 2+ years of private industry experience. ERP and IFRS experience are huge pluses. Must have some SEC experience.
