Accounting Manager from Complete Staffing

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with official guidelines and regulations
• Compile budgets or forecasts
• Maintain cashflow and coordinate loans
• Oversee job costing and review for accuracy
• Conduct monthly reconciliations
• Ensure adequate internal controls and policies/procedures are being followed
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Posting various ledger transactions

REQUIREMENTS

• BS Degree
• 5+ years Construction or Real Estate Industry Accounting
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles
• Supervisory
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Ability to think on your feet, making effective decisions on a timely basis
• Highly Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,)
• Able to use Construction Project Software
• Present a professional demeanor at all times
