Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

• Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
